They had to get their money's worth and so they did what they needed to do and they chose to use to make him the source of their entertainment. So they cruelly trampled him and had fun torturing him for fun.
Mistress Dula had beef with her boyfriend and she was not going to let it go. She had to make him feel pain and that is why she did it. She used her high heels in order for him to feel pain and since she wanted him to feel a lot of pain, she trampled him from head to toe. She did not have to warn him again as he toed the line.
